Joe Paquette – 15A Brackett Lane
Bio – BS Systems Engineer, US Naval Academy, MS Engineering and Naval Post Grad. I served in the Navy for 10 years followed by 5 years as a program & engineering manager at a defense contractor. I spent the rest of my working years as a software engineer. I retired in July 2024.
Statement – I believe it is important for SRCA residents to contribute to the association as they are able. Now that I am retired, I am willing to step up and server. Based on my leadership and management experience I believe I can do that best by offering to serve on the board.
Stephen J. Rybicki – 8 B Taunton Lane
Bio – Construction worker, CNC Machinist and draftsman. I owned and ran a 6-unit apartment building for 15 years. I did all the maintenance and worked with contractors. I was on the board in our Florida for 2 years, also building and grounds
Statement – I think my experience would be helpful in the association and I would like to help.
Robert B Bilodeau – 2 Cricketfield Lane
Bio – Following my service in the USAF, I began my business career, from which I retired after 50+ years, servicing, marketing and selling industrial equipment and components to semiconductor, pharmaceutical and industrial motion control companies. I also owned and operated my own handyman business for 3+ years before returning to my final sales position working for a distributor in Nashua NH where I proved sale expertise and website management for their e-commerce site. Throughout the years, I have volunteered with many organizations in a variety of different roles. Currently I am an active member of the Knights of Columbus at Immaculate Conception Church where I have held several leadership position and volunteer at the Nashua Soup Kitchen and Corpus Cristi Food Pantry.
Statement – I was appointed to the board in 2025 and was elected president in March 2026. I have worked to preserve the accomplishment of past boards while also instituting changes where needed. As the demographics o this community change and our building and grounds age, I believe we need to access what this community’s needs are and the future needs will be for all. If elected, I plan to recommend we conduct a survey of the community and, with data use it to develop improvements as needed. My goal is to preserve this beautiful community, keep it financially sound, and prepare it for the future.
Linda B. Sartori – 15 B Brackett Lane
Bio – I was married for 53 wonderful years and together we raised four sons. Throughout my life, I have valued family, community services, and helping others. I served as Chairperson of my son’s Cub Scout troop, where I enjoyed supporting youth and their families. Professionally I worked as an EKG technician, a career hat allowed me to care for people during important moment in their lives. Volunteering has always been an important part of who I am. I have cleaned veterans’ gravestones and participated in Wreaths Across America to honor those who served our country. I am also a member of the Bear River Fire Department in Nova Scotia, where I remain actively involved whenever I am in the community.
Statement - I have proudly served on the board for the last four years and am passionate about supporting and strengthening our community. I believe in giving back through dedicated service, teamwork, and a willingness to take on new challenges. I am not afraid of hard work or responsibility, and I strive to contribute in meaningful ways that help our organization to achieve its goals. It is an honor to serve on the Board, and I committed to continuing to give back to the community through service, compassion and hard work.
Ray Wagner – 7A Doveton Lane
Bio – Married with 5 Adult Children and 6 grandchildren. 40 years + in I.T. developing payroll and HR Financial systems.
